Scaffolding was put up in the morning and then installation was completed on the same day for everything. Could not fault the installers, they were great!

From start to finish I have been very impressed with this company, their proposal was professional, easy to deal with no … More hard selling that we needed your partner there to close the deal. The installation team worked so hard and into the early evening to get it done, in the pitch black. We had a tile come away and they were on it straight away.
I had some many companies try and sell me Solar Panels and a battery, but going with Wallop was a no brainer and they panels are working better than I expected. They were the most competitive aswell. -

Jim the fitter was brilliant and very helpful. The time it took from order to installation was longer than i would have wanted, maybe its me being impatient.
I Do think communication could have been better, if it was i think i wouldnt have to keep calling for updates.
Spoke to a lot of different people through the whole process, maybe if there was one person assigned to each customer that we could call direct it would have been better.
These are just small things that would have made my experience a bit better.
Was i happy Yes.
would i recommend them Yes.
They would be my go to company if i needed panels again.
